Arrangement of Clauses

	Arrangement of Clauses - A Bill to Make provision about hunting wild mammals with dogs. BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
Hunting with dogs: supervision.	1. Schedule 1 (which restricts certain statutory exceptions from offences to supervised hunting) shall have effect.
Hunting with dogs: regulation.	2. Schedule 2 (which provides for the regulation of hunting with dogs in certain circumstances) shall have effect.
Hunting with dogs: prohibition.	3. Schedule 3 (which makes it an offence to hunt with dogs in certain circumstances) shall have effect.
Commencement.	4. - (1) The Secretary of State may by order make provision-
	(a) for the commencement of section 1 and Schedule 1 and the repeal of sections 2 and 3 and Schedules 2 and 3,
	(b) for the commencement of section 2 and Schedule 2 and the repeal of sections 1 and 3 and Schedules 1 and 3, or
	(c) for the commencement of section 3 and Schedule 3 and the repeal of sections 1 and 2 and Schedules 1 and 2.
	(2) An order under subsection (1)-
	(a) shall be made by statutory instrument, and
	(b) shall not be made unless a draft has been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
Short title.	5. This Act may be cited as the Hunting Act 2001.
Extent. The Hunting Bill	6. This Act shall extend only to England and Wales.
